Services - Monitoring and Reporting
When outages cost money and cause inconveniences, it makes sense to monitor services for availability. We provide monitoring and reporting to network connected equipment, either internet or intranet. Receive email alerts, SMS or pages.
Older equipment with no network connection may be able to be monitored via a network enabled RTU.
Monitor power, hosts, routers and switches, services such and websites and email systems. Monitor for conditions such as capacity over load and latency, and receive monthly reports for capacity planning purposes.
